A Unesco World Heritage Site, Mantua is certainly one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, known above all for its Renaissance architecture and the impressive palaces built by the Gonzaga, including the Ducal Palace and the Te Palace with its large park space.

The latter, following an important landscape redevelopment project, reopened this year with a fresh new look, becoming a real green lung of 80,000 square meters for the whole city of Mantua.

The project has been articulated around 16 circular green islands, forming real “tree rooms” that host different activities: playgrounds, outdoor education, slow living activities, sports and fitness.

Three of these islands feature Calzolari Street Furniture in Reconstructed Stone.

In the Island of Chess you will find the Andromeda Square Tables with incorporated chessboard and the Era Single Seats.

Ping Pong Island and Picnic Island feature Rectangular Andromeda Benches and Tables that encourage people to socialise, study or dine outdoor.

A definitely appreciated optional are the Power Sockets built into each table.

The outstanding Te Park project has been selected to represent Italy at the Green Cities Europe Award 2023.
